Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever… It remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything. – Aaron Siskind
Photography has always been a shared passion in my family. My grandfather had a love for photography and that love was passed on to my mother and her 4 brothers, and then later to me as well.
I got my first camera as a Christmas gift at the age of 9, a regular little aim and shoot camera, and I started documenting our family vacations in the South Coast at the end of each year.
Once you learn to care, you can record images with your mind or on film. There is no difference between the two. – Anonymous
In 2016 I left my job to travel with my husband and in 2017 I started studying online. Later in the year I decided to take up photography and become a full-time professional photographer. I have since shot a wedding, a few portraits as well as couples and I have met a couple of fantastic people.
Last but not least I would like to thank my amazing husband. I couldn’t have done this without him. He has always been my biggest supporter, my toughest critic and my strongest motivation.
